A CLOWNHOUSE?! Yes it's the 1989 horror movie Clownhouse and WE watched it! It's of no surprise that this movie was chosen by Brittany as we are all aware for her prediliction towards 1989. Attempting to put aside the backstory to this movie whilst having it remain a fact throughout the viewieing experience was a bit tough but I think we managed it pretty well. Was this movie worth the watch?

IT'S OUR 100th POST!! Don't worry we'll have something better for our official 100th episode. It's Brittany's pick this week and keeping in the horror fashion she chose to watch the 1980 horror/thriller Don't Go In The House. Or The Burning. But not The (GOOD) Burning. Tyler joined us for this one and it was certainly a change of pace for movies we typically watch with him. We were as disappointed as he was that Hulk Hogan wasn't in this.

It was Brittany's pick and she did us all a favor and broke our spell of watching movies that are of sub-par quality (even though her last pick was the Chuck Norris movies Forest Warrior)! Yay? Either way, she picked the 2014 thriller/action movie The Guest! We had our OWN very special guest on the show, Fallon! She was actually the one who had recommended this movie to us to watch so Brittany only felt it appropriate to have her watch it with us. Fortunately for us our guest was not as intense as THE Guest. Listen up!

Hellooooo Citizens!
We're officially off that hellish ride through space, and onto bigger and better things. It was Brittany's turn to pick the flick this week, and feeling as though we deserved to treat ourselves, she selected 2014’s Housebound- a thriller/comedy straight out of New Zealand. Having heard nothing but great things about this movie, it felt a little indulgent… But hey, treat yo’self, amiright?
Housebound follows Kylie, a young delinquent who is sentenced to house arrest under her mother’s care after being arrested for breaking into an ATM. While stuck with her mother and stepfather, Kylie learns some disturbing things about their family home. Like how a teenage girl was murdered there decades ago… Back when their house was used as a mental institution. NBD. As Kylie becomes obsessed with solving the murder, things around the house just get weirder and weirder. Can she solve it before her and her mother become the killer’s next victims?

It was Brittany's pick this week so we watched the movie a Drafthouse Films release, The Visitor from 1979! This sci-fi, Cronenbergesque movie left us wondering a lot of things. Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama. 1989. That's what we watched this week. This horror/fantasy/comedy was picked by Brittany, if you couldn't already tell. Brittany's sister Taryn (Tee) comes on to join us for this one. We also tried to watch Dollman vs Demonic Toys and we discuss that on this episode as well. Brittany is back at it again with another horror comedy. We watched the 2015 release from New Zealand, Deathgasm! A death metal band forced to battle the devil after playing a song that causes people in ear shot to become possessed. This movie was BRUTAL! What kind of brutal you ask?
